Dear Novo Nordisk
I take AI from an idea into production and spend most of my time working alongside the people who will use it. That is the core of a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, and it is what I have spent the last few years doing, first helping start Lunar’s AI work and now as a founder at Avido.
Avido helps companies in regulated industries test and monitor the AI they put in front of customers, and the platform we built is a system of AI agents. They build test cases from a customer’s own data, simulate real conversations against the customer’s AI, and grade the answers against its policies and the regulation that applies. Customers can also stream their production traffic into it over OpenTelemetry and reuse that as test material. The AI Core I built alongside it connects to a customer’s own systems through MCP. Building the benchmarks that keep those agents reliable is a large part of what I do.
Most of that work is forward deployed. I take a use-case from an idea to something running in production with the people who need it, then pull the parts that generalise back into the platform so the next team does not start from scratch. The harder part is rarely the technology. It is translating what a business actually needs into something a team will trust and adopt, and the audit and governance side of regulated AI is where I have spent the most time.
I’m genuinely interested in how agents and tooling like MCP change the way we build, and in how to use them to work smarter. I run sessions at Avido sharing what I learn with the team, and I would bring the same curiosity to yours. Building AI that ends up helping people manage a chronic illness is a better reason than most to do that work. Ballerup is a short drive from Hedehusene, and I would be glad to talk about how I can help.
Kind regards,
