Senior Platform Engineer · AI & Digital Innovation, TDC NET

Dear TDC

I’ve spent the last few years building platforms that let other teams ship their own LLM-powered applications, and I’ve done it twice. At Avido, where I’m Founding Engineer and one of three co-founders, I built the platform banks use to test and monitor the AI they put in front of their customers, and the self-service engine they build their own assistants on. Before that, at Lunar, I built the internal GenAI platform that let other teams reach LLMs through shared APIs and build their own RAG pipelines.

The hardest part was never the technology. It was getting people to adopt the platforms, because building a real AI application isn’t just prompt engineering anymore. A system prompt gets you a demo. To ship something you can trust, you have to write test cases and evals and keep iterating on the prompts until they clear a quality bar, and most teams need help seeing that. A lot of my job was building the tools to make that easier and convincing teams and customers it was worth the effort.

I own the infrastructure and the guardrails behind it, including the RPM and TPM rate limiting that kept us within one bank’s AI gateway limits in their private cloud. Still, the part I like most is building the layer other teams rely on rather than owning one application myself, which is what this role is. The data side is familiar too. At Lunar I built a pipeline that synced our warehouse back into production so users could compare their spending with their cohort.

I live in Hedehusene, so Teglholmsgade is a short train ride away, and I’d be glad to talk more about how I can help build the platform.

Kind regards,

Lasse Hyldahl Jensen
